Kerry is Senior Advisor at the Clean Energy Finance Center, a non-profit organization that develops innovative approaches to attract greater private and public sector capital to finance large-scale energy efficiency, renewable energy and carbon reduction initiatives. She is an expert in the emerging policies and finance structures that support energy efficiency investment at scale, testifying at regulatory and legislative hearings and advising organizations. Kerry has conducted extensive research on new models for financing energy efficiency and renewable energy at scale; emerging environmental market schemes including aggregation models for carbon, energy and demand savings; the energy efficiency sector; and regulatory frameworks.

Kerry is also the co-founder and president of Earth Markets, a consulting firm that develops and manages programs to accelerate demand for energy efficiency. Earth Markets is the program manager for the Connecticut Neighbor to Neighbor Energy Challenge, an innovative 14-town community-based residential efficiency program funded by a $4.2MM grant from the US DOE BetterBuildings program. Kerry's background as an executive includes over 20 years of management experience in diverse sectors including financial services, business outsourcing, direct marketing, e-commerce, and educational services holding increasingly senior roles in strategy, marketing and operations. Kerry has a gift for identifying strategic trends and developing business models that take advantage of these trends, especially during periods of market disruption.

Kerry earned a BS in computer science and engineering from MIT and a masters degree from NYU's Interactive Telecommunications Program. She has sustained an abiding passion for education reform and has been active in education initiatives at the community level for the past several years.
